Alumbra is an established cocktail bar and lounge with a strong reputation. We are always interested in hearing from experienced bar staff who are looking for new challenges.

Previous bar experience essential as well as passion and flair for customer service.

Skills required:
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Cocktail preparation and knowledge Espresso machine operation
  • Accurate cash handling abilities
  •  Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Current R.S.A. certification
  • Must be reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
You will have plenty of creative input in all areas of drinks menu design and will be treated as only a true pro should. Ongoing industry related training (tasting's, seminars etc) will be provided.
