Terms and Conditions

Alumbra informs you that by having your name on a guest list it does NOT guarantee entry.

Alumbra maintains the right to refuse entry.

Guest lists do not guarantee entry, regardless.

Entry may not be guaranteed for a number of reasons some of which may include:

  • Dress code
  • Intoxication
  • Venue Capacity
  • Liquor Licensing

Please keep in mind to arrive earlier to avoid disappointment on the door and to maximise your chances of entry. Special Events and functions that may be held on the night of your guest list may also affect entry.

Guest lists do not provide you or your guests with complimentary entry, the regular admission fee will still be charged.

By acknowledging these terms and conditions you agree to Alumbra's door policy and understand that this does not guarantee entry.

NEW 2am LOCK-OUT LAW

The State Government recently announced the introduction of a 2am Entry Curfew law (as of June 2008) which will mean that patrons will not be allowed entry into the venue after 2am. Mr John Brumby told the media, "It will not affect people already in venues or change opening hours”.

Alumbra wishes to advise patrons that there will be no change to our opening hours, and only people arriving to our venue after 2am will be denied entry. We advise patrons to arrive at the venue before 2am and enjoy the full Alumbra experience over the course of the evening. Furthermore, smokers will not be affected at Alumbra due to our outdoor smoking area.
